Why are there open doors on the Citadel that I can't get to? I see them all over the place, but they are behind counters that I'm not allowed to jump over. Or they are behind glass I can't shot out. There is even one place during the coup attempt on the Citadel that has a locked door that has highlighted objects, behind unbreakable glass, that I can't get to.
Is there a ghost cheat or something I can use to get to these places? Please.

With the exception of the Citadel Coup, they are there for decoration.
As for the Citadel Coup, you have to find the terminal that will unlock that door for you.

Yeah, I've looked and looked for that stupid terminal. Maybe on my fifth time through the game, I'll find it.
