I couple of Xmas Steam sales ago I bought ME2. I didn't notice then....but recently am replaying through the series and realized that I had a "Ceberus Key". It pops up when I go to start the game.
What is this?
Plus, what are the gameplay DLCs on this page https://social.biowa...ntitlements.php
I don't want the dragon armor or whatever just the DLC that has actual gameplay.
Question about the DLC

The Cerberus key code is the one for the Cerberus Network and associated DLC, which is basically the free DLC that comes with all new purchases of ME2 (Steam included). Don't think your question about the link can be answered easily as I believe the content on that page is different for every forum user, being a list of DLC that you've bought or that they're trying to get you interested in. Hopefully I can answer it in a different way: the gameplay DLC is
Zaeed, The Price Of Revenge (free - Cerberus Network)
Firewalker (free - Cerberus Network)
Normandy Crash Site (free - Cerberus Network)
Kasumi, Stolen Memory
Lair of the Shadow Broker
Overlord
Arrival
HTH

Ive recently been told the only DLC mass effect 2 on ps3 is missing is Arrival- with a new copy etc,,,, hope i can be able to access the kasumi quest as it reads a good one to exsperiance

I believe this is correct; all DLC (except for Arrival) is included/available for download, with the PS3 copies of ME2. And I agree. Kasumi's DLC is quite fun.

See, this is great for the consoles. Sadly, it brings nothing new to the table for pc users, at least for those of us that have been around since ME1.

Only what I specifically state is free is free, and only as far as PCs go. As the OP was asking about a Steam bought version of ME2 the platform had to have been a PC. If you're a console player you may not have heard of Steam but it's a download service for PC games and to a lesser extent Mac games, so my answer above was for PC only. Might apply to a greater or lesser extent for consoles but since I'm on PC I really couldn't say. Far as I've heard there's nothing on PS3 that you can't get and even some DLC that you have access to that I can't get (promo stuff that came in the form of codes in packs of Dr Pepper etc are available to PS3 players but are all long gone for those of us on other platforms who came to the series late - not whinging as you poor guys still have a few weeks to go before you can even play the first game in the series). Enjoy Kasumi when you play it - it's a fun mission.silverserfer28 wrote...
