One feature I would really like to see is the ability to adjust your character's body type and build. Such an option would work well with the established protagonist classes, as it would mean we could make our warriors more buff and our mages more slender. I would also prefer for my female warriors to have a build more in-line with their job, as it just feels unrealistic to watch someone without any tone swinging greatswords in full plate. Some kind of option to adjust build and body type would allow everyone to get what they want.

A slider of some sort would be nice, sort of like the character creator in Soul Calibur 4 and 5.

Is this something you guys would be interested in? If so, do you have any suggestions on how you would like the feature to be implemented?

To be honest, I've always hated how, for the most part, every single character in a Bioware game is the exact height, if they're the same gender and race. So yes please.

Honestly, A, B and C would seem like enough to me, any more is excessive. And I would love a femal body muscle slider, like in Skyrim or Saints row, I need my character to look like she could take down a dragon with her bear hands!

Why not. But if you get to mess with a male's musculature, equality dictates that female PC's get a boob slider.

Yeah, I agree with this.  Being able to reduce boob size so your character looks different from others, or more realistic for the type of person who runs around saving the world from itself, would be extremely nice.

This.  At least in my head, my Shepard is a lot less curvy than the game made her in ME3 <_<

Though protagonist body type and build is IMO more cosmetic and less important than other elements (companion relationships, plot, etc.) so if it doesn't happen, I won't fuss.

Those things are all higher on my heirarchy of wants as well. I just created the thread because this is a particular pet peeve of mine, and it seems like a relatively simple addition with no real negative consequences for us as players.

I agree, but sometimes things that seem simple can get more complicated. Skyrim armor mods sometimes have to come in multiple variants to accomodate modded body types.  I'm sure that's a function of some of the modded bodies being more exaggerated, but no one wants boob clipping.

But I still think it's a great idea, and it shouldn't take too much extra work.

I concur. I would like to play a female character will a little more muscle, especially if I'm playing a Warrior that wields two-hand weapons.

That said, there are more important things to worry about.

I would love this idea. It's in Dragon's Dogma. Undoubtedly the best feature in that game. Makes playing my Arisen SOOOOO much fun. A truly excellent idea! 38-24-40 on a blue-haired (female) Arisen, can't be wrong!

They should use the sims 3 customisations in DA3! Muscle build AND tone slider...

and a body hair slider... nom nom nom...
