Why not. But if you get to mess with a male's musculature, equality dictates that female PC's get a boob slider.
No, equality would dictate that you get to mess with female musculature, so you don't have toothpick women punch dragons in the face. There's whole threads on how femShep doesn't have enough muscle to look like an athlete, let alone the Alliance's personal Reaper-puncher. Some more buff women would be nice!
That said I'm still cool with a breat slider... or maybe a 'curve' slider in general to also affect the rear seat too, to prevent that top-heavy effect (and also all the model replacers that do the same anyway). But EQUALITY would dictate that male PC's get a BROAD SHOULDERS OF MANLINESS SLIDER.

Though I would be fine with just giving females more muscle mass- seeing the contrast between Male and Female Hawke in their Champion Mage outfit was kinda weird :I

A man's muscular size is a sexually attractive attribute. It's how females generally discern between potential mates and physically lesser men.
A woman's breast size is arguably of the same category. So, speaking from an evolutionary standpoint, equality dictates a boob slider.

No, I want a female warrior who looks like she could punch your head clean off, not have stick arms and big boobs. Don't care about 'sexually attractive attributes."
But then I always though you should get 3 different body types, depending on which class. Mages would be lean, Rogues slender and Warriors muscular.

While this appeals to me too, one of the reasons I like the idea of making it something separate from class is that it offers more roleplaying opportunities. I might want to make a rogue that fights more like a thug than a stealthy thief and decide that making him more muscular would be more consistent with that idea. Someone with an eye on the arcane warrior specialization might want to make a more athletic mage as well, or they might just feel like roleplaying a mage that values exercise highly.

Listen, it was a joke. I don't really care how much of a butchy-mcbutch character you want to make solely to break gender stereotypes; and it's kind of irrelevant to the actual point. If my point was serious in the first place.
Because having a woman who swings around a weapon nearly the size of herself shouldn't have stick arms. It's just logic. Low Muscle mass = can't do as much labour as one who has high muscle mass.
Butchy-McButch? Went down a few tree limbs there, I see.
