I started to replay DA2 today after a notable break, and may be using the latest patch for the first time; uncertain. I also started to play in Full Screen mode for the first time.

But I started to see the aforementioned problems quickly when fast traveling to various places, and looked to see if a fix was available. For me, I was able to alter the DirectX settings back to 9 instead of 11, and had no more errors appear the remainder of the night.

Is the latest patch problematic? Newer graphic drivers? Am Techless, so I thought I would post my problem, and solution for others having a sim event.
