I'm posting this here in the hopes that anyone can point me in the right direction.

Back in 2009 upon first playing Mass Effect on my Xbox 360 I created an EA Account.

This year, having completely forgotten about it, I decided to play the entire Mass Effect saga on my pc, and I ended up creating another EA Account. Obviously as I tried to add my Xbox gamertag to the new account it told me it was already associated with another user.

Smart as I am, I decided to delete my old account, my intention being to finally be able to add my gamertag to the new account.

Now I cannot seem to be able to find the page where I can add the gamertag to my profile. And when I try to play ME 3 on the Xbox, the screen gets stuck in a loop "Checking Downloadable Content" and doesn't move anymore unless I physically stop the internet connection.

Can anyone help please? I just want my gamertag to be associated with my new account and for my game to start working again on my console...

There is no one here with access to member accounts. You must take that sort of thing up with a Game Advisor at EA Help (scroll down to Help, choose Bioware Game Support, and then select the Chatline).

Thanks for letting me know, I was just wondering if there could be an easy, homemade solution without bothering them. I guess not. Off I go! :)
