So, how do you think dragons will be in DA3?

Annoying to kill?

Hopefully more prevalent than in DA2. In DRAGON Age 2, we only got one high dragon, and it was at the end of a long, irrelevant side quest. DA:O also had only one high dragon (unless you count the archdemon), and while killing her technically also a sidequest, she was still very much relevant to the story and plot of the entire Ashes of Andraste questline.

No dragons, they have changed the name of the game to 'Nug Age'

Did DA2 only have one high end dragon? I'm trying to remember. Wasn't there a couple of other Dragon moments, smaller maybe?

You fight large dragons a couple times earlier (including one that somehow managed to get into the Deep Roads), but only one that was a full High Dragon.

A single high dragon, multiple hatchlings and drakes.

Dragon Age Origins had the opportunity for multiple dragon fights - If you include Flemeth and the Arch Demon there were 3 High Dragons.

The only dragon I really liked was the Spectral Dragon from Awakening. It was a refreshing change from the 3 relatively unimpressive dragons that I had fought in Origins and I would like to see more dragon variation such as this return.

Variation is good, and whether it's Spectral or some kind of mutant dragon or serpentine creature, it would be nice to kill a dragonkin that isn't a relatively common High Dragon. (And yes, they are common at this point, to the players at least)

They could also take a Bioware twist to the old tried-and-true D&D system of multiple dragon breeds. Perhaps the ones we've seen in and around Ferelden are "Black Dragons", where as there's a multitude of other dragon breeds around the world of Thedas.

I'd like a reasonable explanation as to why a High Dragon shows up in the game. In Origins it was well handled plotwise with the Andraste cultists worshiping one and of course, The Archdemon. I could buy the Spectral Dragon in Awakening, but not the random one that shows up later just before you face the Mother. Same with one you fought in The Bone Pit in DAII. Don't just plunk one in front of our party just for the sake of giving us a Boss battle.
