And you got to choose 6 squadmates out of a possible 10 choices who would they be? This can coincide with integral characters, which include DLC like Javik or Aria (who isn't necessarily DLC but Omega is subsequently about her).

For me:
Wrex - Easily one of my favourite characters in the series. He gradually grows from Bounty Hunter to leader of Tuchanka and the Krogan so swiftly, and he's not a cold hearted killer, he actually cares about the direction in which his species will go. Also he's a battlemaster. A KROGAN BATTLEMASTER. ME3 lacked a Krogan, so I want the best of the best back.

Liara - My preferred LI and the most useful person on my squad for ME3. She went everywhere with me because of Biotic Explosion exploitation.  She is extremely integral to the story and had by FAR the best DLC to come out of the series (LOTSB). No brainer.

Aria - Odd choice, but if she has the power to control practically an army of bandless mercenaries because of her will and power, then she must be one hell of a biotic. Plus, the tension between her and Liara would be hilarious (Shadow Broker vs De Facto Omega Ruler)

Tali - You need that tech expertise, and that second preferred LI for me. She is also probably one of the most popular character in the Series (Most popular LI by far in ME2)

Garrus - I mean seriously... Does this need an explanation? *Goes to calibrate engines*

Kaidan/Ashley (Depending on which playthrough I would use) - They are staple for me. Both are capable and faces of the series as well.
