Yeah, but it wouldn't be that appealing to me since I was used to romance characters in all of BioWare's recent games. Actually, not really. I don't think I would appreciate a BioWare game with no romances.

 Yes, romance is only a mere part of the game. In the end, we don't buy Dragon Age games for the romance, we buy them for the freedom and the decisions we can make to the game.

I buy Dragon Age games to be told a good story and play out my pathological heroism. Romance adds a nice bit of optional side-content, but it's not why I pay the price of admission.

I'd probably buy it because I'm thoroughly immersed in DA's world and I want moar, but I would be very sad and probably wouldn't replay it much. I much enjoy exploring all the varied romance options, I will not even pretend otherwise. I adore romance plots everywhere.

Good stories are about good characters. And characters that speak to us are the ones that hold a mirror to ourselves and our passions.

Speak for yourself, the romances are a large part of my Dragon Age experience.

Mind you as I think I've already stated I would probably still buy the game, even if I will cry a river.
