On first launch, after updating to iOS 6, in the Galaxy At War map, the coins icon was stretched ingo a background image, which made my 1.66 million credits hard to read.

On return to the Galaxy At War map later, it informs me that an internet connection is required.
I can confirm that I succefully logged in on the main page.  I can go to media and watch an online video, and Codex works.

The DataPad app has been reduced to:
-Media, Link to promotional videos
-Codex, similar to what you can get ingame info, just on your iPad instead.
-Origin Friends interface
-A Clock
-Background image of Mass Effect locations.
-EA promotional scroll bar
-EA Games link

What is not functioning:
-Galaxy At War, graphical and connectivity issues
-Mail, Messages from crew
-Alliance News, facebook page link error.

This has already been reported here and here. Chris Priestly already mentioned the team is investigating the issue.
