Hi, im sorry for the off topic, but why cant i see that splash screen on ps3? I knew about the op from the forums but the vast majority of players i played with didnt even knew about it...

There is an issue with the splash screen on PS3 that causes a soft lock.  Addressed in the upcoming patch.

And, before anyone asks, we do not have a release date for the patch yet.  Sorry.

Did he say patch? My heart is racing!! of course I guess "upcoming" is the key word here. I thought BW had moved on from patching glitch effect 3. I am holding my breath starting........, no i better not.

I really wish I could say.  It's difficult to predict what will happen between now and when we would like to have it happen.  Some things are out of our hands when it comes to potential delays.

Derek, can you tell us something about those 7 missing weapon mods from Earth dlc? Will they be added to MP? How they will be added - via patch or dlc?

all information about the patch will be contained in the patch which will have the information about the patch contained in the patch. and so it goes..

I'm really starting to dout we will ever see the rest of the mods or even the patch for that matter.

It depends on how long they take. If it's delayed so long that the size of the playerbase no longer supports the cost, then they don't need to release it. Of course, we'll have already left for that to happen, so who cares?
