Not everyone would forgive Revan. And Jedi are not always that forgiving. Don't forget Bastila is an idealist, and rest of the Jedi are not idealists like her. 

Their grudge against Revan would taint them and slowly forces them to the dark side of the force. Anger, Rage and unforgiveness will lead to the dark side of the force. Also Within my Kotor 3 story idea, Sith Inflirators are encouraging the Jedi's grudge. that only happens if Revan is known to the public to be alive        . If The public thinks he is dead, Republic and Jedi wants the Ebon Hawk crew for question of the myterious stranger.


Also Depending if you romance Bastila or not, There will be a guy that she will be dating if you didn't romance her. He and her gets married. So No matter who "marries" Bastila, Satele Shan will still be related to Bastila Shan.

Also Depending if you romance Carth or not, There will be a woman that he will be dating if you didn't romance Carth.

Also Depending if you romance Juhani or not, she will still be single and work as a Jedi Shadow Commander.

*Sigh* All I wanted was Revan (and some of his/her former party) plus the Exile (and some of his/her former party) uniting and fighting the True Sith. That would have been simple, but amazing. But sadly we didn't get that, or anything like it.

One of my earlier ideas was to have Revan remembering Jedi Exile and setting their relationship how the player wants to set their relationship. Given Revan be the older of the two but setting why Revan trusted the Jedi Exile.

Yes, there would have been good scope for interactions there. But who would be the PC? Revan or the Exile?

Personally I would go with Revan, but I don't know if that is the general feeling or if the fan base is more split.

Revan within my kotor 3, is the PC. In Act 2, Revan dreams about the Jedi Exile, Arren Kae, And a few other people. In the beginning of Act 2, you as Revan will set the Jedi Exile to whatever you want. IF opposite gender, Revan can have a romance with Jedi Exile. Male Revan can date Female Jedi Exile. And you can make Jedi Exile as beautiful or as ugly as you want.

Arren Kae and One of Revan's former Padawans makes an appearance. Both are romancable regardless of gender. And Yes Arren Kae is gorgeous and so his former Padawan(yes it is a lady)

Seviole(Fanon character and Revan's former padawan) has a bit of a fun history with Atton Rand. In their relationship, There is a good reason when Atton said in Kotor 2 about women and them going to the dark side. Seviole can be a cruel sadist when angry.

with in the RPG books of Star Wars, there are two classes called the Force Warrior and the Melee Duelist.

Melee Duelist: Unarmed Combat, Light weight Weapons and Lightsabers

Force Warrior: Use the force in Unarmed Combat and the martial arts.

Instead of having them as full classes similar to other normal classes. Having Gear and Feats that compliment them.

Revan with Canderous, Hk-47 and T3-M4 should return for Kotor 3. Being badass.

There should be at least 1 tearjerker scene that Revan, after he saves their lives and made sure they were safe, asking Carth to protect the other members of the group, confessing that he did a lot of bad things during the Mandalorian Wars. Walks away.

While in route to a Mandalorian Camp, Canderous asks about Jedi Exile and what happens to her. In the Earlier post of mine, Revan at Jedi Temple, remembers her and goes into the archives. Clue in a Hidden character creator. No matter what you put in, Revan will have some dialogue reflective of your choices at the Jedi Temple. Ranging from appearance to class to abilities and personality. Also there would a scene where a Jedi, believing Revan has gone too far, tries to Kill Revan, Jedi Exile kills the Jedi instead(there is a line by Atton paraphasing: "you killed Jedi before", So why not have Jedi Exile kill a jedi or two).



As for Revan's age and past, it will be up to the player. In the same chapter where Revan and Jedi Exile are working together during the Mandalorian Wars, of Course Arren Kae would be involved. No matter what Revan would be older than he looks, So another words, you can have a really handsome Revan that can get all of the ladies. OR a drop dead gorgeous Lady Revan to get all of the guys. Or have a butt ugly Revan regardless of gender.

Rather than a sequel, I'd like to see a completely different KOTOR-type game series set in the galaxy back when it was under the rule of the ruthless Sith lords (as was mentioned in SW episode 3). Having the outlawed Jedi be members, and perhaps leaders, of an underground resistance movement in a dark and gritty setting could be a source of much enjoyable story telling.

There is nothing in preventing that from happen, Rjshae and still have a Kotor 3 game that is pleases Revan and Jedi exile fans.

There are good elements of Star Wars EU and there is bad.

Copied and pasted from one of my previous posts.

1. Get Obsidian to make KotOR III.
2. Retcon the Old Republic MMO and the Revan novel.
3. Make Revan join one of the Sith factions in the Unknown Regions and start a civil war.
4. Make Darth Nihilus turn out to be the other half of the Exile.
5. Set the story two to three years after KotOR II.
6. Make the new main character one of the Jedi who "switched off the lightsaber" years ago.
7. Let the player select the genders and alignments of Revan and the Exile in a conversation.
8. See the ghost of Kreia and reveal that she is Kae.
9. See Revan and the Exile in the game looking like they do in the picture below, regardless of their gender and alignment. You can't join a Sith faction looking like a Jedi Knight now, can you?

My suggestion, and I say this with high hopes, you all and I could create an RP Forum. For those of you who do not know what an Rp, it is a story createdaround an already existing genre or idea taking place in an alternate timeline or place within the universe of the idea. I have done two Star Wars Rps previously. They turned out decent and weren't even around the time of The Knights of the Old Republic.

^ You mean a group fanfic? Kotor is the first game that made me retreat into fanfic/alternate timelines in a big way.

Yes, but the technical term is a Role Play, or at least that is what my group uses, due to the majority of "Fan Fiction", being written by a single person involving a story that is written and then published all at once, where as a roleplay is done post-by-post with each writer creating and controlling the actions of a character as if they were them, hence the name, Role Playing.

If there is a Kotor 3 and Revan is the PC and there are major difference between the Kotor 3 and those two flashpoints, There should be a resolution to that.

Just curious, How would you write or develop a meeting between Satele Shan and Revan?

Also what is the Relationship between Your Jedi Exile and Your Revan?

KotOR 3 should be the return of Revan as the player character and solving all the mystery and holes in the story. That is the only way, i can't see how it can be made if Revan is not the main character, it will likely an endless mystery and creating loop holes and fan rage

No one like the "canon' Revan because have been playing own Revan in KotOR 1, i myself don't want Revan to be male, because my Revan is a woman. The character creation should include the old face models from KotOR 1 with some improvement and can be edited by the player.

For me, there is no canon Revan, i make the canon for my self. Revan in TOR is not my Revan

if there is a Kotor 3 with Revan, there should be respectful of both genders. For example, IF your lady Revan romanced Carth,there should be a flag saying you romance Carth. Or if you didn't romance him.

I don't know if you would like it but I know some fans that would love see A Canderous/Female Revan pairing.

Well I do want a better Jedi Exile/Revan relationship. No matter what, I want a good Kotor 3.


As much as I am a Jedi exile/Revan fanboy, I never wanted Either of them in TOR. For TOR don't need them to be a good game.

Hey, i have an idea...like a poster in the other thread suggested, retcon everything about Revan and Exile in TOR and novel...

How about focus on one thing for KotOR 3 story, that is a "Sithari", we play as Revan who supposed to be a Sithari, he/she is searching the meaning of being a Sithari , searching for clues or new source of power....then meet a Dark Lord who is a Sithari or about to become one, then either join that Dark Lord or defeat him/her and become a Sithari or leave everything away and vanish

It is a better explanation about what happen to Revan and what he/is doing than what it is now...

Well Bane is consider to be the Sithari. It doesn't mean that he is the only one. The Sith Emperor of ToR can be consider to be A Sithari. Keep in mind, Kotor 3 needs a good balance of Kotor 1, 2 and ToR when being developed.

Retcon would be perfect. Just bring back revan and exile and their party members and everything would be perfect. Id love to see how Carth and Atton would treat each other.
