I've been doing some research about this (as well as making a couple attempts at it) but I've had no luck. I have a mass effect 1 save that I would like to pick back up on my pc version of the game. I've found methods of transfering ME2 and 3 from xbox to pc and vice versa, but nothing about ME1.
I've tried using both modio and the gibbed's save edtor, but after extracting my xbox saves from modio there are 3 files present - player.sav, state.sav and GamerProfile.sav. None of which will open in Gibbed's.
It seems to me these 3 files are making up the career save of my character, rather than their just being one file...but I'm really not sure where to go from here.
I'm pretty adament about transfering my save rather than just downloading a similar save file from masseffectsaves.com just because I was really devoted to my decisions / character. I would rather replay the game if it came down to it, I was just hoping to avoid that if possible.
