Can any moderator please tell me if there is a fansite kit for download somewhere?
I found one, but its only in german. I would love to have one for my project site in english.
Is there one, or are you planing on releasing one soon?

Did you download the kit from the German site? The only things written in German are the tutorials and the root folder's documentation files. All of the artwork is completely usable. The Web folder even includes images, HTML files, and CSS files so you can put together your site with a minimum of effort.
