It will be Corypheus.

Like Flemeth though I think he's more of a series Big Bad rather than a specific game Big Bad. Cause think, if he takes control of the Darkspawn, that means never ending Blights. I doubt The Architect will take a liking to him either, so that should be interesting.
I can imagine Flemeth having to step in a few times to have him taken out of the picture.

I'd like it to be someone who infiltrated your party, is disguised as an ally.
(I guess that is fairly reminiscent of Anders betraying you in a way..)
I just think it would be interesting if throughout the game, all these evil things are occurring and as your party is disgusted and repulsed by these acts it's actually one of them putting them into motion.

I predict it may be a religious nut though of sorts. Dragon cult, devout Andrastian, Black Divine, etc.

I'd like it to be a character who is a pretty great ally at the start, but then main character and him/her drifts apart little by little. I've always found "villains" who are more of shade of grey to be the best ones.

But players wanted "clearly defined" bad guy this  time. So we will propably get some guy like...

"WHY YOU ARE DOING THIS?!"
And villain: "I'm evil, lol".

I think it will be corypheus because he doesn't die even if you decided to kill him so I think he will be important in the DA3.

Corypheus could be cool but I'm not sure if bioware will use him for DA3. Heh. Maybe they will. We won't know really, until the games out.

Just remember a game bad guy doesn't have to be evil.

Morrigan's baby is only 10. So... unlikely?

My vote is on a Tevinter Magister.

For those of you who read Asunder, I think the most logical antagonist would be Adrian or Lord Seeker Lambert (although this one may be debatable due to the ending of the book)

If its Flemeth, pretty much. At least she can actually predict the future.

Flemeth as main villain.
Morrigan supporting the protagonist.

While Flemeth may possibly not be the main villain of DA3, I think it's quite clear that Morrigan and Flemeth are by now hostile towards eachother, and Flemeth is up to something big, + in the leaks it says somebody is pulling the strings, Flemeth fits into that description (as I understand it) hence why I suspect the possibility of her being the main villain, but I might very well be wrong.

I'm not sure, Flemeth certainly does have a great deal of mystery invested in many different facets of the lore, however it seems like the majority of the time she is doing it only because her own existence is more important to her than anything else. Examples:

1.) She saved King Maric in the Stolen Throne so that he take back the throne and bring the Wardens back into the limelight in Fereldan, all because she knew that a Blight was coming in the near future.

2.) She saved the Warden so that he could unite Fereldan and defeat the Archdemon, pointedly noting that the Blight would kill her to and that was her reasoning.

3.) She attemps to kill her own daughter as a means to preserve her own life.

4.) She saves Hawke so that he will in turn preserve herself from the Warden's wrath.

The point being here is that I don't feel there is enough information to suggest Flemeth as a main antagonist just yet. It seems far more likely that everything she does is a means to preserve her own life, it just so happens that on the way to that she happens to effect a great many plots.

On the other hand Hawke's acquiring of the red lyrium idol leads to Meredith's insanity and the mage war. Also if the Blight had spread beyond Fereldan the mages would be mobilizing under the guidance of the Chantry to prepare for war, not receiving more mistreatment(I would expect mages to be valued more by the Templars during Blights).

Her motives are left ambiguous, but its very possible that she had ulterior motives under the superficial one of survival.
