It's an idea i've been having that I think a lot of fans will agree with so pay attention Bioware B).
No but seriously there is something about your games I've always been annoyed with. When my super nice Shepard or Hawke can all the sudden in the final act be an ass. I know you want us to have the choice which i like but I wish that my choices over time help dictate who i become. For ex. the bonus option in DA2 where if you were sarcastic alot you unlocked certain special sarcastic dialogue over time......Make that more prominate, and make those around notice. I want my squadmates to take note that I'm generally a nice guy or that I'm a funny girl.

So here is my offical proposol on how to do it. Start with the same general dialogue wheel we've grown accustom too. But let our personality dictate the wheel later on. For ex. If i'm sarcastic the first 80 out of 100 conversations I have. Slowly slide from having a nice mean and sarcastic option to have more sarcastic options and less chances to be a jerk. (but still make it obvious that we can choose to help or not to help but have it be sarcastic either way).

I want it to be that if I'm nice all the time but don't agree with this particular blood mage that it still reflects I'm nice but I obviously disagree with this character......this post makes no sense.

It's good in theory but they need to define dominant personalities more. If you always choose the same options you always get three cardboard cut-outs:
DIPLOMATIC is so helpful and altruistic and selfless and idealistic, ALL the time.
SARCASTIC has no real sense of when appropriate is appropriate and is often not actually that funny.
BLUNT is a violent bloodthirsty **** who revels in death.

The best Hawkes blend between all of them, but the personality checks don't really pay attention to the comparisons beyond 'which is dominant?'.

....in fact now that I think about it, if something required enough 'points' in a personality... if it was dominant, you could always get it regardless. If it wasn't, it would need to be at least # to qualify. So as not to 'tease' you and make you feel like you did something wrong to not see them, they only appear if you qualify.
