Dear Tech. Support,
I recently purchased bioware points and bought the dlcs.
With the rest,I tried to purchase premium spectre packs three times, and in those three times I did not get any weapons/ammo bonuses.
Please help.

I've had the same issue... Just bought a premium spectre pack with BW-points and didn't get anything. Though it's not much money wasted it's still frustrating.
