I already put this in the Citadel: The Return section of the bug list. This bug was created by the Leviathan DLC. I have a YouTube video showing this bug.

Two minor  things I remembered, not sure if these count as bugs.

In my save the original council is dead and I have the replacements.  In ME2 I had Anderson as the human councilor and Shepard was reinstated as a spectre.  In ME3 after talking with the council the new turian member says that the council will reinstate Shepard's status, even though it already was in ME2.  I have seen videos with the original council alive saying that Shepard's spectre status is instead upheld.

With this I did check in the save editor to see if the flag was set for having spectre status ifrom ME2, it was.  So there may not be any audio files for have spectre status and the new council.  Still just a minor thing I notice when I play.

The second minor thing is on Priority Mars.  After Eva Core makes it to the roof and is about to jump into the shuttle Shepard gets XP points.  Though instead of a round number like 100 or 50 it is 1, just 1 XP.

-After Priority: Thessia, your EMS rating may drop to 0 even if you have a high EMS rating.


It is most likely linked with EA servers issue - if you can't see GaW map in multiplayer, because the servers screw up, your GR in SP will not be updated and will show 0%. And 0 x anything = 0.

While watching the CleverNoobs Insanity playthrough of ME3, I noticed a glitch that happened mid cutscene around the 10:00 mark: the game cut to a gameplay section then went back to the cutscene of Liara in the vents.
