missile launchers still dont always do any damage, even though it hits an enemy, i wasted 3 missile launchers just to take down 1 banshee today, very frustrating, especially mean as 1 of our team died because my missile apparently goes right through targets, so much for me been a hero
Editing missile glitch bug.

Saving Major Kirrahe in ME1 gets you 20 points in ME3 but letting him die gets you 35 points. Seeing that Kirrahe is obviously better leader than Lieutenant Tolan, it seems this was a mistake. I presume that Bioware intended to give you both 20+35 assets when saving Kirrahe but they forgot to add the the second one.

Why the f[CENSORED] every time Shepard has to walk across the scanner on level 2 of the Normandy, between the CIC and the War Room, it's like trudging through molasses? Shepard has to go either way many and many times in the game, and it takes 3 seconds every time. Strange enough, nobody mentioned this annoyance before.

That is there (only my theory) to quick update your Galaxy at War rating and War Assets since the War Room is where that information is place. A complete guess on my part.

I think this is a misunderstanding. I was talking about the scanner in the doorway between the CIC and the conference hall before the War Room. It's where the two female soldiers often comment upon the war. Shepard stops, and then walks slowly through the scanner. This thing never happens when Shepard crosses similar scanners at the Citadel. All this has nothing to do with GAW resources, and it could easily be avoided were it not for a bad design mistake.

I actually was referring to that. Since the GAW resources are all in the war room, it's a "minor load" as he "walks" through the scanner. Again, I have no idea if that was the reason the delay was there, but it is very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Well, got it. But I can easily object to that. GAW resources are about 20 numeric variables the game can hold in memory without having to load them; it loads details and explanations when you enter the GAW terminal in the War
Room - and this is very fast, a few microseconds at the most. The game has to load much more things when you enter the Citadel; so, I think GAW resources are NOT the reason for that delay. No, bad design is the best explanation to me. And it's very annoying; it's almost worse than those eternal lift runs in ME and those neverending loading screens in ME2, considering that loading in ME3 is much faster than in the other two games.

Sorry, I never meant to imply that your opinion was wrong or the fact that it was annoying to you was wrong thinking. You have every right to champion your opinion. My apologies.

Sorry, but this is not a bug. According to the ME Wikia, you get 20 points of war assets if Kirrahe lives in your game and you talk to Thane(if he survives the suicide mission in ME2). You get the Salarian Special Tasks Group (35 points) if Kirrahe is dead in your game and talk to Lietenant Tolan in the beginning of Priority: Surkesh.

I will add this in the bug list.

- Initiating conversation with James during Rannoch story arch on Normandy at his "gym", cut scene takes place at console near upgrade bench. After cut scene Shepard and James are near the upgrade bench.
- If from Ashes is installed and completed Javik is always the second crewmember, after Joker, to leave the Normandy in the Normandy crash cut scene.
- Sometimes the textures of weapons appear all black on the upgrade bench, using the change view option restores regular texure.
- Cut scenes af allied forces advancing during the Earth mission have no weapon sounds when firing. Given how pre-rendered scenes work in ME3, I think an audio file is missing here or is mislabeled.
- When purchasing the sniper rifle concentration module from a store its level (e.g. II, IV) is not displayed on the purchase menu.
- Getting the email from Feron saying an upgrade is available twice. Once after the player can explore the Normandy and again after Sur'Kesh. Only the first email accompanies an upgrade at Glyphs terminal.
- Helmet lights default back to red even if another color is selected for the N7: Fuel Reactors mission.
- Many conversations that were not cut scenes had dialogue cutting out, or skipping entirely.
- "Tali's rock" disappearing during cut scene on Rannoch.

Could be a missing audio file, but it is weird that the rest of that scene is voiced except for that line.

- PC >> i5 760 + GTX 460 + 4GB RAM + WIN 7 64-bit
- PC >> E8200 + 8800GT + 4GB RAM + WIN 7 64-bit
- Notebook >> i5 2430M + GT 540M + 4GB RAM + WIN 7 64-bit
and on all of them is the same issue. Game is super smooth but pre rendered cutscenes are stuttering, which is pretty annoing.
As suggested in some of topics, disabling Aero, disabling Origin "In-game" doesen't make any diffrence.
All drivers on all of this computers are updated to newest.
It's not pre rendered files problem cause played outside of the game they are super smooth.
I play polish version of ME3.

I've found another buggy dialog. When Shepard goes speaking with Greg Adams about the thermal pipe, Adams, Donnelly and Daniels look at... flies, ghosts or whatever else, all but Shepard.
A little addition to the Adams, Donelly and Daniels dialogue bit: if you get their quest done too early, you could get out of order scenes (ie. Donnelly will be installing the pipe even though you are talking to them about getting it), if I can get ME3 working again, I will try and confirm/deny this.

Perhaps you didn't understand the whole problem. According to my logic the game should reward you if you manage to save an important military leader and NOT PUNISH you.
How can you justify that you LOSE points in war assets if you go through the trouble to save Kirrahe? I mean, what's the point in saving him in that case? Saving Kirrahe should give you both STG (35 pts) and Kirrahe assets (20 pts).
