Yep.  Only the dead wardens can have "head canon".  And that's what plot you want to be buried in.  Any live wardens beyond what game, prologue or dlc you've played belongs to the DA devs for them to decide who your with or where you are at.  Same goes for Hawke, except for him being dead.  Which means no one can have "head canon" for Hawke.

Last time I had any idea of what Hawke was doing she was on Isabella's ship spending a lot of time in the cabin..

My female city-elf rogue warden could be doing one of a number of things. I know she went roaming around with Leliana, Zevren and dog doing rogue-ish things for a while. After that, she may have gone to Tevinter to free elf slaves, or she could have finally joined the Dalish elves and spend ages pestering the elder with questions about elven history and traditions. Or she could have gone into hiding among her fellow city-elves, or it could be some mission for Alistair/Grey Wardens.

...of course it will probably turn out to be a plot from Morrigan or Flemeth (or another member of that family...)

No one else went the baby route ? I thought it would be really cute for Fenris to have a mage child. Or Merril + Male Hawke. Isabela doesn't strike me as someone who would want kids.

Warden: Chandra Amell (Post witch hunt) breaks up with Leliana, then goes into hiding in the Anderfels to get away from her, and did not tell her where she was going.

Hawke: when I get to remake my rogue Hawke, She will have taken Merrill away from the conflict between Mages and Templars. this was after playing Viscount under the Templars.

My Warden left all his loved ones behind and disappeared into uncharted space...I mean...uncharted territories.Yearning for news about her loved one, Basti....I mean Leliana sought solace in the arms of a great institution...the Republ....Chantry.

But seriously, though I'd like to believe my Warden lived out the rest of his life peacefully, it is more likely that he was driven mad by the taint and went off into the Deep Roads for an honourable death. Clutching onto the memories of his beloved as he crumples, mortally wounded by the Darkspawn hordes that have begun to reform after the end of the Blight. With a satisfied smile, he drifts off into eternity and his place amongst the stars...

My mage Hawke escapes with Isabela, unwilling to be the poster boy for a conflict that will cost many innocents their lives. He seeks refuge in every port but finds none, each time driven away by the authorities. Eventually he and Isabela find sanctuary with an old friend in Orlais. There they are granted citizenship and forge a life for themselves as the leaders of a proud mercenary company..

Not too different from yours actually. Except that my Warden was Alistair's mistress and my Hawke was a mage. However, I don't think that Anders can have kids. Since he still has the darkspawn taint in him.

My head canon for Neria Surana was, she broke up with Alistair at the end of Origins and hooked up with Bann Teagan. They now live in Redcliffe raising 2 kids (Eamon and Isolde had a daughter and both died shortly thereafter of terminal snobbery, leaving her in Uncle Teagan's care, and Neria had one daughter of her own with Teagan). They also live with the son of her original mabari, Muffin which Neria called "Cookie" much to Sten's approval. Neria was called to Weisshaupt to explain just how both she AND Alistair survived the Blight and as I haven't finished writing that tale yet...she's still up there.

Kit Hawke ended up pole dancing in the Hanged man for money to support her "Buy Isabela a boat" fund, and raked in tons of cash from the drunks there. Once they got the boat, she and Issa and Zevran all went sailing off into the horizon looking for the lost treasure of Fistanditulitius the insane Tevinter mage. Because bisexual threesomes are hot, they never lack for entertainment...but frequently have to hose down the room before it burns and sinks the boat!

Ah ha, that's where they all went!  David Gaider kidnapped all the Wardens and Hawkes to add them to his collection.  'Tis nearly certain we will never see them again, as they've likely been stuffed and mounted on display stands by now.....

My Warden went through the looking glass with Morrigan..he also flipped off everybody as he went. Alister had made some jokes about his search for her. He also got tired of being dragged in to fight everything.

My Hawke said F*** IT. Grabbed Merrill and left. They are hiding away from the stupidity that went down in Kirkwall. He couldn't deal with it anymore everytime he fixed something, someone screwed it up and enough is enough.

Hawke is sailing with Izzy, trying to escape from the mage-templar conflict. My warden now lives on a farm with Leliana in the middle of nowhere because he was freaking tired of people asking him for help. They raise nugs for a living.

My Mage Warden went through the portal with Morrigan. But if he's back in Ferelden as Alistair says, I'm guessing he's back secretly helping the other Wardens at Vigil's Keep. Probably keeping a close eye on the situation in Kirkwall and pining for Morrigan. 

My Hawkes sailed off into the sunset with Isabela. Even though Varric doesn't say so, I imagine that the Hawke brothers stayed together. Carver continually complains about learning the skills of a sailor, but he's getting better at it as time passes, and may depart for the Grey Wardens again when the time is right. Of course, Hawke gets news of the mage/templar conflict in various ports, but he has a destination or task in mind that keeps him from intervening. Though Isabela keeps her flighty facade in front of the crew things have only deepened between her and Hawke. I imagine that while the seas are rough, Hawke and Isabela wink at each other in place of saying I Love You.
