There are a lot, of which I just know a few, like Garfield, Tom and Top Cat.
But I have to say that my favorite animated cat is now Pangur Ban, from The Secret of Kells. This guy's just adorable (and the movie is a masterpiece).



Also, Dex-Starr, from the Red Lantern Corps.



I like real cats, but they seem to be in a bad mood everytime I get close to them
