I've been looking around for similar problem but i can only find that xbox have this problem not getting the achivements for the DLC.

Well i got the same problem on ps3, i been completeing the golem of honaleath in all possible different scernios and the trophy still wont unlock.

Sorry if this problem already has been addressed on ps3, but i really want to complete the game 100%.
