Vanguards are the worst. Because of the hidden jetpack power that activates when you die mid charge with out warning.

After playing many games with the usual candidates for worst class in the game that the Bsent, the QFE and the DV are, I realised that all the talk about them being useless was utter bull****. Properly played and specced they are no less capable than the other classes.
I won't deny there are better options than those but calling them crap or useless is either ignorance or plain trolling.

Everything is subjective. But I disagree with your list. You can find builds through out this forum to make each of those character viable. I have also topped friend/pug games with every character you have listed above.
The Asari vanguard is the only character I don't like. She is redundant to the Asari adept in terms of stasis. My main problem with her is her lift grenades. They basically don't lift. They do so much damage they kill more often than lift. I really want to throw into a spawn point to damage a boss and charge the muck that has even lifted for a secondary biotic explosion. A friend showed me with charge/power synergy your lift grenades can do even more damage. But I still want it to lift, and make a second boom.
I never said you couldn't top a group with those characters, if you play on PC feel free to add me and I will show you that you most certainely can.
And if you aren't using Submission Net for it's statis like ability, then what are you using it for? It can't be it's crappy dot, nor can it be it's slow which isn't really useful.
Where did I say I don't use submission net. On the batarian sentinel I use it all the time.. Although I prefer the baterian soldier. I play them very similar. They are as one other poster put it brawlers. Mine is specd for CQC melee build(he has one of the highest heavy melee's in the game). In a way submission net is better than stasis as it can actually do damage with DOT. I use it mostly to net an enemy to falcon punch them. I would set it on the floor in front of me and wait for it trap a charging enemy. This tactic works great for phantoms, and hunters instead of trying to shoot the net at them. But dealing with more than one enemy I would net one, then fight a different one. This would often result in lesser enemies being killed by the net. I often kill more enemies using melee, than I do with my shotgun.
As for shockwave I use it to slow enemies and soften them up. Particularly useful before/after getting into a brawl. Wall spam it while you get your shields back up.
My Batarian Sentinel Build
Blade armor(6) melee, damage return, power recharge
Shockwave(3)
Submission net(6) Incapacitate, damage&slow,electric field
Baterian Enforcer(5) damage capacity,power
Fitness(6) Melee, martial artist, Health.
Misquote, wasn't meant for you, sorry! Lol.

I'll always say Batarian Sentinel, because I can't even make him work well on Silver. Others surely can, but I'm just fail when I use him, so for me, he's the worst.
for me it's the whole Sentinel class. I can't even seem to get a good way to set enemies up fast for the kill. I thought BatSent would be good (than the other Sents I have: Turian, Krogan, Humans), but the powers are...can't seem to play with it much. Maybe I should try the KroSent later.

Adepts seem just soooo weak to me. I like to be right up on people's faces though, so maybe I'm playing them wrong.

Drellguard is a special case because the charge bug holds him back more than any other Vanguard. Krogans can usually do competently off-host, and maybe humans with cyclonic modulators. But the tiny barrier means you're constantly walking that dangerous line between charging and dying where you will desync.
N7Sen is the worst if you're talking about a solo/individual basis. Cryo debuffs make for an amazing force multiplier, so with a good weapon he's worth his spot in group games because he'll make three teammates much more efficient. But by in terms of direct damage, his powers are not exactly world beaters.
QFE is the worst as far as a full match goes, which is probably what most of us are thinking. The Incinerate/Freeze combo being bugged just kills any synergy between her powers, and her turret lacks the distraction ability of the HE drone and the tanking ability of the GE turret. If you put the Incinerate bonus back on chilled targets, and buffed the turret by about 50%, she'd be set.
Pretty much the only thing that you can do with a QFE to contribute on Gold and up is play it as a cryo+burst DPS class, but even then you're better off with a HI.

Geth Engineer/Female Quarian Engineer: I lumped them together, just for one reason. Their turrets! I like to play on the move, I don't feel like dropping a turret when I'm gonna only be in an area for a bit is worth it, not to mention, why do I want to rely on wonky AI I can't control anyways? I'm probably reaching a bit with these two, but I just feel like the turrets are pretty situional.
What do you guys think?
I disagree about the turrets. They provide significant amounts of cover if you are getting away, and can be thrown into a group of enemies to distract/weaken them while you lay down the fire. I have been using these two classes for the past 2 weeks and have been out in front for the entire match because the turrets keep taking down all those troopers and those annoying nemesis..

I don't know what the worst class is, all of them are workable in some way. My least favorite is easier to answer and I would probably lean towards Phoenix Adept or the two Vorcha.
As for the Quarian Engineer (female) she really got an odd skillset (the one that should have been the Salarian's really considering Mordin) but you can still do alright with her. I gave up on the Turret and spec'd her 0/6/6/6/6 and run a good weapon... like the Saber with Disruptor Ammo and just set off Tech Bursts over and over with Incinerate.

Uninformed opinions that mimic those created months ago.

This game is mad hard bro. I already said in the initial post that any class can do well, but don't act like something isn't inferior the majority of the classes, just cause you have some vague opinion thats probably worthless.
I'm probably totally wrong about the Geth Engineer.

All classes fit into this...except the QFE. And this is mainly because Incinerate's rank 6 is bugged. Pretty much no other reason.

Is 100k on gold impressive now?
No, but it's a decent enough score. Decent enough to show I have a decent enough knowledge to have a decent opinon. But I understand you don't get play very many matches on the PS3 cause nobody owns one, it's ok bro.

First things first, I'd like to say that any class can do good on any difficulty, and this is obviously subjected to opinon, and could just be a case of "doing it wrong". Anyhow, without further ado.
Batarian Sentinel: Submission Net is nothing more than a poor mans Statis, I don't care if it does damage or slows targets, neither appear to be very significant in the grand scheme of things. Shockwave I think is probably the worst power in the game (definately on pc becaue of the radius bug), and although the concept of Blade Armor is cool, it's really overrated, and I feel that way about most "tanky" talent trees in general.
Human Adept: Shockwave! Need I say more? Sure Warp is nice, but they aren't the only class to provide that. And we all know Singularity is gimmicky as they come.
Drell Vanguard: It's frail, Cluster Grenades aren't that great, definitely without Reave. I honestly don't even know the difference between Pull and Singularity, but they both seem gimmicky too me.
You are definitely reaching on the Geth Engineer. His turret is amazing. Can heal and do flamethrower damage. Is key in helping you revive teammates in tough situations on Gold and higher. Chain overload amazing at controlling crowds, and with a Scorpion with Disruptor ammo, can wipe out entire spawns of mooks with ease.
