So with that said, are you guys (bioware) willing to show us how you will be improving these aspects in Dragon Age 3 soon? That would be great, because one thing I really want to see are all the various enviroments that I could explore like I did in Dragon age: Origins.
My main problem with DA2 was the combat and recycling environments.

I don't think the combat itself or it's pace will really change all that much but they did learn from the recycling enviroments. They also got more creative with the wave spawns and used fewer waves of enemies. The DA2 DLCs showed this.

I haven't played the DA2 DLCs. Though I do hear a lot of good things about them.

Agreed. In regards to the combat though, one thing I did like was that it was much more brutal feeling; You really felt like you were beatin' the **** out of someone. The combat itself was boring though, just a lot of button-mashing.

Yeah. If they want to go with the intense combat route, they should take some pointers from darksiders 2. Has an amazing amount of RPG elements along with a stellar combat system.

I preferred DA2s combat to DA:Os. But I agree the recycling of environments was insane. I trust they won't be doing that again though!
After playing that game, I realized how much other games do that too, and I just never realized it (ME1, Fallout 3/NV just to name a couple).

Sorry its a nitpicky thing. We had more unique locations in DA:O not enviroments. Enviroments can be taken (as I do) as like jungles, desert, tundras and so on.
I know what you mean tho and whole heartedly agree with.
If there is a reason for me going back to the same location again I am find with that but every cave, mine, house, mansion, warhouse etc etc etc having the same layouts... I fogot where I was going.
I do think this is something those from BioWare that spend time on these boards is a complaint they are very familiar with.

I thought Combat was great in both games. While DAO was slower I enjoyed it. In DA2 battles ran smoothly for me.

DA2's combat was much more exciting, but really it just boiled down to pressing the attack button over, and over, and over again. Do not want!!
Return back to Origins' tactics based gameplay but keep the fast paced animations from DA2's gameplay.

While fighting in both games I can almost literally look away from the screen while I'm mashing A and still win. I should probably amp up the difficulty.
