I recently got Dragon Age 2 for Window Vista Home Premium 64 bits, but the characters' faces some time become invisible, turns black, or the head disappears entirely leaving just the torso showing. Also, all of the weapons the players carry are all in this bizarre neon red color. Does anyone out there know why this is happening and if there is a patch or some type of fix for it? I've played with the video setting, reloaded the game. Nothing doing. I'm resorting to using Patch 1.04 to see if this would help. If anyone out there has a similar problem and was able to resolve it, please let me know. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

It is the off season for game forums, and DA2 was never very popular, so even before summer began, it was already very slow in here. You have offered next to no useful information so far -- you may have to wait a very long time, or you could check the archives if you don't want to help us to help you.

What video card do you have, and what graphics settings are you useing? (Especially, what DX renderer?)
