The Physical Disk PC version (From EB Games) of Mass Effect (1) will not allow me to install the game. I accept the rules and regulations, Click next, type in the confirmation code (correctly), and the installation insta-cancels. It comes up with a window (the same installation window, no pop up) that says "The installation has been cancelled."

This happens every time. I've tried at least 5 times, restarting my computer.

Cores: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 Cores 4Operating System: MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
RAM: Size 4096 MBytes
Sound card: NVIDIA High Definition Audio
Direct X version: Direct X 11

That's not enough information. There is a sticky on top telling you what and how to make a report. If you will follow it, perhaps that will help.

September is still off-season, and the members simply aren't here. The game is quite old, so even once things start picking up for gaming and messaging about games, this forum will not see any serious infusion of active messagers. You might as well pitch in and help yourself far enough to fill out the necessary report information.
