How do I patch a copy of DA:O UE I downloaded through Gamestop? The patch I got here doesn't acknowledge it's there.

The great majority of games sold in digital download form are pre-patched already. Check with Gamestop if you downloaded it two years ago, pre-patch.

Or, you can contact EA Customer Support (use the "BioWare Game Support" link at the bottom of the page, it's really EA...)
Explain that you want to switch to the EA/Origin digital download. They can verify your game ownership (if you've registered it with your EA account) and authorize a download it at no charge.
