fyi re why some people need cheats

i have a minor disability issue and i have lots of trouble surviving in big fghts, i'm presently

trying to kill javia at present, [with no success from 30+ attempts-bloody archers of hers] an would kill to get god cheat to work just for these circumstances, turn it on, kill all archers turn it off.



but have tried everything to activate cheats no luck there either



just have to keep trying an hope i dont lose interest

king cris 2, if your still reading this post I remember having to change the line OpenConsole_0=Keyboard::Button_Grave two different times before it actually stuck.



The first time I did this key and saved the file:



OpenConsole_0=Keyboard::Button_`



The second time I did this key and saved the file:



OpenConsole_0=Keyboard::Button_~



So it looks like the second key change is the charm.

My cheats worked with the ~ key but now I D/L the character generator to get that stupid ring my cheats dont work!!! argghhhhh

I'm pretty much board of playing the game as well. So I decided to do the old BG2 no reload challenge in DA:O (nothing beats a good old fashion hardcore play through)... wipes have meaning then. As for god items heh, don't let anyone fool you, the game has god modes already built in. Considering you can load a weapon up with every poison potion option available, use bombs in stealth and not break it, lay traps around clustered mobs after using a bomb and still not break stealth... and use arrow of slaying to break stealth for insta kills and crit hits of absolutely insane levels. Get your god items and enjoy the story and ignore everyone else.
