When a krogan goes into rage mode. They don't actually say anything, but it is awesomeness. Also, "Amateur!"

Oh, goodness....I'm going to have to actually try to hear what they say with that in mind.

I personally like hearing the phantoms having orgasms whenever they're taking sustained damage (warp, inferno ammo, dark channel, etc.)

Glad to know I'm not alone in hearing that.

Sometimes I also hear Centurions or Troopers yell something that sounds like "You're horrible!" to me. Usually when I just killed a few of their buddies, so I guess it's fitting.

Also I like when Creberus troops yell "Taking casualties" and "Dammit!" all the time. They must be freaked out.

For some reason that I can't explain, I also really like Shadow's "On your feet, soldier" and frequently repeat it over the mic when she says it.
