I'll do it for mine. I doubt a lot of changes will be made to existing race defaults, though.
EDIT: Done. I made a few more alterations than I thought I would, too.

Makes me think of something I always wanted in a Geth Soldier. A personal variant of Advanced Hardware, call it Combat Hardware, that grants an incrimental amount of DR similar to Armor instead of increasing health or along side a smaller gain, and have it have a yellow health bar in-game. Similar to how the Krogan Battlemaster's passive is diffrent than the Krogan Soldier's and Sentinel's.

Geth Stinger: Charge up a powerful stinger missile constructed from Geth technology, then fire it at an unfortunate enemy that takes heavy damage upon explosive impact. Non-power-based actions can be performed while charging the stinger missile. Similar in structure to the N7 Destroyer's Missile Launcher, except that it is not a mode, and it actually does something substantial.

There is a typo in the fortified cloak rank 5b 'Increase damage from all sources by 15% while the power is active' as that suggests a negative 15% damage reduction but I guess it is supposed to be it increases all your damage by 15% or something similar.

Damn, I figured Dominate might be a Biotic ability (I forgot to look it up, lol).
I still wanna keep it though, because it fits the class description pretty well. It still breaks the lore open a bit, but so would Protheans, and in a small case the Paladin. Just think of him as an Engineer with biotic implants
EDIT: As for the overpoweredness, I tried my best to use in-game material as a reference, but some things may still seem super-powerful in comparison. I might need to give my list another look-through.
