Just finished the plans for the default Humans for the three new class ideas. I mostly gave them existing powers due to simply being the defaults (wouldn't want Common characters getting anything too flashy, would you?)
EDIT: Eh, I'll sorta elaborate on my idea now. It doesn't take a genius to notice that a lot of people on these forums sorta miss the old Mass Effect 1 style of the classes, particularly the Sentinel, Infiltrator and Vanguard. These new classes, the Incross, Assassin, and Commando, are analogous to those three classes: the Commando is a Combat/Biotic like the Vanguard, but he does not use Biotic Charge. Instead, he simply sticks to Combat and Biotic powers. The reason for making these all-new classes? Because while I would like to see Chargeless Vanguards and Cloakless Infiltrators, that utterly defeats the purpose of these classes. Vanguards are meant to draw aggro and hold their defenses. Infiltrators are meant to be high damage-dealers and readily available to go handle objectives. I don't want them to lose these capabilities at all because I believe they are important to team survival. Thus, these new classes were born.. in my head.
