At random times the game will freeze when i close out of the menus such as the inventory.

It has happened over 10 times now and is really getting annoying when i have to replay a large part of a quest im working on.

It also sometimes does this when i click Load Game.
It has also done it once when i was skipping through dialogue really fast.

Does anyone know what is the cause of this?  Thankfully it never freezes up during combat.
