• I want a house with furniture that I have to shop for (lots of choices for style)
• I want a husband of my choosing (develop romance with follower or someone else)
• I want kids that age up with time (I'm ok with being preggers and adventuring). Kids have personalities. One could be honey boo boo!
• I want crafting / skills that can earn me money on the side
• I'd love to be able to run a store (hire employee's) etc... (see above)
• I'd like to be able to upgrade my home, sell it, or have multiple homes, as I grow my empire and save the planet
• I want to be able to hire servants and attendants
• I'd like to run for President (er..) King or Emperor. You know while I save everyone
• Bribery. Be nice to bribe officials to get into hidden areas, gain favor or ?? Especially for renegade/evil characters. Maybe be able to bribe with more than just money. Yes, it's what your thinking.
• I want see physical changes in my avatar. Get fat, limp when injured in the leg, bulk up, get skinny (if poor and starving), scars (fade over time or with healing), loose an eye or finger. <no wheelchair level injuries. lol>
• I'd like a variety of dogs. Are there only Mabari dogs in the world? What about big cats (not domestic size kittens, but how about a jaguar?)
• I would like people to respond to my character when I come into town depending on faction and my reputation. (AND... see below)
• I'd like to be able to change clothes, add hoods and cloaks so I'm not recognized when I enter a town.
• I'd like to be able to hire spies (intelligence officers)
• I'd like to be able to ride on a boat/ship to reach new locations (islands?)
• I'd like the ability to flirt without everyone else in the party knowing about it, and my LI  freaking out!
• I want to be a good person but make decisions based on circumstances. I don't want to be labled "evil" or "bad" because I don't always do the right thing. People make mistakes, but that doesn't make them evil. Conversely, same for my evil characters that does a good deed. It shouldn't be one or the other. People IRL are not that way.
• I want skill trainers in every town for basic skills. More specialized trainers you have to find or seek by quest.
• As I become wealthy or poor, my clothing gets enhanced with jewels/trinkets/embroidery OR the go ragged and thin.
• I want to be able to find treasure! Treasure that's has rare expensive items that I can choose to keep, donate, or sell. You're saying you can already do that! True. But you see... I'm not talking about common drop items. I'm talking about a King's ransom of items! At the same time, given choice, I could choose to donate the treasure to an ophanage or the Chantry or my hometown or... You get the picture? The reward for keeping is high, but the reward for giving it away to those in need is higher or it can gain you a new quest or boon / faction / reputation.

I could go on forever in this thread.

More weapons. Srsly, why not a katana? Also, a possibility for mages to use something other then staffs.
Normal clothes and no more silly hats.
More dialogue options and possibility to roleplay childish, naive/seductive/crazy character
A possibility to become shaman and summon spirits
A possibility to become an abomination ( especially if you are a mage. A blood mage)
A possibility to be a pirate (Isabella`s bad influence on me...)

I want to be able to get the animus from Assassin's Creed and put Dragon Age II in it so it can re-live the memories of it's far greater ancestor Dragon Age:Origins.
Maybe the bleeding effect will make Dragon Age II a better game.

There are some things in this universe that never should be thought, let alone written down. Millenia from know, historians will mark this post as the beginning of the end of all creation. Maker save us all.

edit: I realize that there won't be any historians left to report on this in the future since all of our souls have been sucked from our rotting husks of flesh. But then again, they can always retcon it kinda like Leliana showing up in DA2 even if you had Sten lop off her head after gleefully defiling the Ashes of Andraste. Yes, this makes even less sense, but I'm sure Crazy Aliens Guy will work it out.
