The game must have, for me to have any desire to play it, a toilet system based on your diet.

Failure to eat right causes your avatar to become so backed up they miss DA3.

There can also be some side quests based on obesity.

make companions harder to romance like da1 some were straight and others were bi 
keep or improve da2 combat system 
bring dao armor system upgrade companions gear  none of that find this rune and upgrade his armor 

make choices count for somthing 
import save game from da2 *even if it is just over hearing comments and such*
don't forget our trusty dawrf companion 

add upgrades for house 
bring back the war hound companion  even if it is not the same one from dao/da2:blink:

I think there were a few flatchested characters in JSRF.


Other than that, nothing strikes me now.
