I think they would announce the presence or the lack ot origins and races only much later...

I just want to know so i can decide if buy or no the game...

the trailer is never a good proof...the protagonist's trailer is always male and Human...

Still, I'd like to see it.

Both DA2 had origin stories, why do you think DA3 will be different?

Still im hoping for the Dalish First origin story, The first is undergoing a initiation ritual in a cave away from camp when the clan is attacked by a large group of Templars. The First emerges to see the Forrest on fire and hear's screaming in the camp, he/she rushes to aid her clan. After some fighting she finds the keeper who has been mortally wounded.

The keeper tells the First to save her clan and the rest of her people, then announces the First is now Keeper of the clan and dies. Hunters rush to the new Keepers side and they try gather the remaining clan to escape but are attacked by more Templars, the Keeper takes an arrow to the chest and slumps to the group, he/she can only watch as her people are wiped out as she blacks out.

When the Keeper comes back round, the fires have died down and the fighting is over. A few Templars have stayed and are scavenging. One notices the Keeper is still alive and advances on them with their sword drawn, before he can strike the Keeper down, an arrow hits the Templar, killing him.

The Keeper hears clashing of swords and shouting, but it only lasts briefly before the Forrest falls mostly silent. The only sound is that of footsteps approaching from behind, a figures kneels beside the Keeper, a women in black armour. She introduces herself as Cassandra and that the Keeper is now safe.

i want dalish and city elfs back

never played human. only in DA2.

I'd like a new Elf race, like Dark Elf...or have red eyes for my Elf.

really, I don't understand DA2...it shouldn't even be part of the DA saga! really...it was a spin off, not a sequel. in the end, is just a big teaser for DA3.
Maybe, if it had another name, and wasn't connected to DA:O could be a fine game...one I wouldn't buy, because I don't play human. but at least accetable...

I'm becoming impatiente, I wanna know if DA3 would have races back, I want know if I'll buy it on not.

I want know if I am whaiting for a RPG or another hybrid. because in my opinion, a RPG with no playable races, is not a RPG. Is just a game with some choise.

i mean don't people find it strange that DA2 was SO different! and it came out only in. was it 2010??? yeah... one year later pretty much. it was like a giant Dlc with only humans as choice.

And the fashion of the moment.
I haven't played a lot of RPG in the last years. Just ME series and Skyrim. (I can only go against my hate for Human character in RPG only if the story in the future or in the present. never in a fantasy!!!) That's because the majority of the RPG don't have race selection. It almost seems as if is a sin to include playable races!!! Why is that?!?
