All the rest of my DLC downloaded just fine, including the memory band I got as well from Gamestop, but the Feral Wolf Charm just sits at "Downloading 0%".  I've...

• restarted the game
• restarted the computer
• logged out and back in
• logged out, restarted the game, logged back in
• logged out, restarted the computer, logged back in

Nothing has fixed this issue so far.  Anyone have any other suggestions?
