hi all i would like some help

i bought my copy of dragons age origin on PS 3 YAY

now i got 2 redeem cards
1 told me to go redeem on bioware website which i did and it worked and told me to refresh walit or download list if i cant find it
how can i do that?
i went to game and downloadble content i couldnt find it (((((

si u have to refresh the walit or somthing please help

also my other card that i had to go to downlodble content to get it not website it said number is wrong which i am sure its not
