I just wanted to clarify two issues from some of the interviews and things I had watched recently. Someone asked about the possibliity of a toolset for the future and one of the devs said that they could not comment. I'm assuming that the reason behind that was the frostbite 2 engine? By having a third party engine, will that make it more difficult or not even possible?
I noticed a lot of people asking for an impact from their choices and I feel all the games have had that to some extent. However, I think what people really mean by that is to have content that is exclusive to certain choices. DA:Origins had that with regards to the first hour or two of gameplay. I think it was Mike Laidlaw who said they want to try to do more of that and I hope that they do. Of course it is difficult dealing with all the permutations and hard to create content that many gamers may never see. But long and hard is the way that leads up out of DA:2* and into the light.
That aside, I can't wait to see what this game looks like!
*I loved DA:2 in spite of its (IMO) minor flaws*
