With DAO you can do this with the Desire Demon possessing Connor, letting it lurk in his body in exchange for bloodmagic, some points or even a quick tumble. There is also the Desire Demon in the mage tower with the enchanted Templar; I always found that encounter facinating, more so when I found out you could leave them alone. The massive Pride Demon in the deeproads (Asunder) was also another encounter, where you could let him leave or attack him. Kitty is another Desire Demon whom you can deal with during Shale's DLC. Also Awakening you can encounter a hunger demon but if you can successfully imtimdate her she will leave without incident. There is also Sophia the possessed old leader of the Grey Wardens and the Baroness of Blackmarsh, whom you can convice to give you a better reward and together you can kill the First.
With DA2 you can make a deal with Torpor (which my bloodmage did mwhaha) during Night Terrors or get into a punch up with him. You can't make a deal with the Desire/Pride demons fighting over whatshisface. You can also make a deal with the Fell Grimoire; promise to leave you it alone and it will give you points in echange but then Xebenkeck shows up and you have to kill her.
There are other demons, but they are mostly "ATTACK" deals, or they'll talk like Allure in the Exiled Prince
Since the whole of DA3 is gonna be mostly about the huge brawls between the mages and templars (with most likely other places like the Qunari and Tevinters having a go) there are gonna be a crapton of Demons. Either by summoning or possessing mages or by breaking through the fade.
I've already seen some people interested in having a demonic companion (and hey, I can chill with that) so would having more demons you can make deals with appeal to you? If so, in what manner? Letting more kids be possesed? Let one possess a mage compainion and huzzar demonic follower? Having a nice chat with a Rage Demon? Pride demon for LI? (
