Well While I was replaying ME1 I noticed Shepard says she trained at Titan, but never mentions going to a biotics school or anything about where she did her N7 training?.

my questions are
How did shepard become a Biotic? was she born that way like Kaidan or was she exposed to somthing?
Where did she train so she could use her biotics in battle?.

Titan, are there biotic schools there?
Did shepard train in Rio like the other N7's?

There's no reference to it in case Shepard isn't a biotic and thus never trained biotics.

I'm unsure why you're asking. I'm going to presume to come up with a biotic perspective background story -- if that's the case, there are various facilities where it could have happened, some of them are mentioned in the all three games when talking to the various biotic npcs.

Yeah, remember, there's a bunch of different classes that you can choose from, even in the first game. They make certain references to the "background" you select (for instance, my Shepard talked to her Mother in the first two games), but it would have been difficult to also create dialogue throughout the first two games based on each of the different classes. I do think that Bioware should have put more work into the individual shep storylines and the supporting character storylines, but I believe that that would have been too arduous to implement in a meaningful way.

Assuming this was left unanswered for role play purposes. Reference ones' mind for noncanon explanation.

2154 CE
April 11: Shepard is born.
There is a second publicized accident involving the exposure of humans to element zero.

2168 CE
Shepard receives secondary exposure to element zero. Permanent biotic inclination manifests.

2171 CE
Shepard is officially detected as a biotic and fitted with L3 implants.

well, according to the timeline wiki: http://masseffect.wi...m/wiki/Timeline

The details are intentionally vague so we can fill in the blanks to fit our own Shepard. Ice-vision posted some dates we're given, but we're not given the where because not everything would fit all the service historys. For instance the second eezo accident would have happend wherever Shep was conceived to insure in utero exposure.
