 Hello

I really don't know where else to post, so here is my problem. On Saturday I tried to purchase 560 Bioware points, but the system rejected my try saying that I don't have enough funds on my card (though I had). However, i did take some money from my car (approximately 1/3 of the total purchase). My bank explained that it may be a reserve, but I would like to know for sure. Can someone help me or tell where to submit my problem?
