It was confirmed a long time ago, some Kossith are born without horns and these are considered special. Plus, when Sten, or should I say Arishok, appeared in Those Who Speak, he lacked horns. He doesn't have horns, but most Kossith do.

Good to know. Sten with horns would be too weird. Now if they keep the same voice actor and don't mess up his looks (i'm looking at you King Alistair, Anders, and especially Zevran), I will be very happy. But if they don't....
