Petition to Support Anorexic Elves!

I do not and never will support anorexia, and am aware that anorexia is a little more "complex" than just looking insanely thin by societal expectations, that heavier people can have anorexia, that it is a behavioral and mental issue that happens to surround food with a heavy societal and possible genetic predisposition, etc...
I just support the waif-like model as a way to distinguish the elves from the humans a bit, and that lankiness may fit the human standard of otherworldly beauty and an impression of dexterity and grace that those humans like to buy elves for. Like ballerinas.
I think the concepts were decent in terms of proportions in relation to other races, but horribly enacted with the entire artistic style.

You think giant bulbous heads on top of tiny stick-figure bodies were "decent in terms of proportions?" No offense, but I think it's scientifically impossible for those tiny little spines, shoulders and skeletons to hold up those giant craniums. Just looking at them hurts my neck and shoulders. >_<
With that said, I think I can kind of see where you're coming from. I don't mind distinguishing elves from humans per se, but I would rather it be done in a subtle and graceful fashion. Larger eyes and ears, smaller features, waif-like figures, longer limbs and possibly more graceful movements? Sure. Giant bulbous heads, anorexically thin bodies, no nasal bridge, highly exaggerated proportions, deliberately making them look like deer? Please no. I'm begging. ;_;

Ok, reading my original post, I see that I wrote I liked the new model "as is", when I probably meant to write I liked that it was changed. I think EVERYTHING IN GAME was so horribly exaggerrated that I consider "new elves" another victim of the general art style. I think a softer version (i.e. that toolset mod I fiddled with that could tweak it to a softer change) would be ideal.
And those low res gremlins don't count.

I think it kind of depends on how they classify elves. DAO was pretty much the idea that elves are small, pretty humans with pointy ears. DA2 went a different direction, trying to really seperate the races. Hopefully they define what elven means in DA, and capture that essence.
I would also like to see a difference between city elves and Dalish elves. Lets be honest, a few hundred years of oppression and...interbreading should make the city elves look more human.

Than Zevran appeared.
at that point, I didn't like DA2 Elf.
but it wasn't a bad idea, DA:O Elf where too human like. I just think there is work to do.

I had a great looking female elf warden that I thought had the right concept of larger eyes and elfish facial figures. For some reason her picture has always come up as an error in my profile pictures no matter how many times I pulled her up again on the console. I'll try and recreate the perfect elf design for ya'll sometime today.
I had my perfect balance with some mod help. It would've been my ideal, I think i posted it on this thread....
