Just curious as if  I might have missed something.

Did all missions...all the crewmates loyalty missions. Everyone is loyal including brokering peace between members who didnt like each other.

I then when all quests were done...got the IFF and am starting the endgame.

(Did no other quests in between)

Collector ship ambush....Joker integrates Normandy with EDI.....getting ready to pick my teammates and go through the Omega Relay.


Why is all of my crew dead? Dr. Chakwas too. I didnt do any quests after the IFF was installed. In fact going through relay now. Are they in pods on the collector ship?

Curious and likely confused - sorry for the probably idiotic post on my behalf.

I'm not sure I follow you.

Your abducted crew are fine, you should be able to find them inside the Collector Base.

Don't do a mission before you go after them. If kelly dies then your fish will die of hunger.
