I know,I just didn't find the character all that interesting to be honest with you.

But that goes for most of those in Awakenings. 

As for hotness, not really my area of expertise! I more of a ladies man than a man's lady!

Hmm, can't say I need him as a companion, but I would be interested in Howe returning to the DA3 cast. In my opinion, he was one of the more under-rated characters of the series. Also my favorite Awakening companion, after Anders (who is hilarious).

They were my favourite companions in Awakening, and I liked them equally (though now I like Nathaniel more, since, well....DA2:whistle:). Though I an hetero male, so my judgement is not influenced by their looks.

He's left behind a trinket of his legacy for us... and we carry it with us, though it pulls at our heartstrings

Agreed. At first i thought he would grate my nerves with the whole "you killed my father angle", but he turned out to be a sensible character who's capable of forgiveness without the extended melodrama. Plus his diss on Velana's ears is hilarious.

i couldnt kill any of my companions, the only 1 i killed in dao was loghain, and that was because of him trying to frame my warden and trying to kill her, i couldnt even kill anders in da2, nor could i hand fenris over even though his attitude made me facepalm alot with my mage, but nate i found had alot of potential to grow as a character, plus hes hot (which was an added bonus)

I wish he was in DA2, but honestly...with him possibly dying in Awakening i can either see him being brought back to life (Which fans have not liked Bioware doing previously) or make him very temporary . Maybe they might pull it off with an expansion character though, since not a huge amount would be pulling saves from it compared to a main release.
