Hi,
I know everyone is having their own problem with some sort of download, and I'd like to add my own personal problem with it just in case someone else has had this problem as well.

I have the Deluxe Edition from Steam, and I registered the game and redeemed the codes. Unfortunately, after I redeem the codes, it says something in the order of "Thanks! We got your codes!", but then nothing happens. I don't have a way to actually download anything. I know they are supposed to download within the game, and I tried that, and nothing happens.
Has anyone else stumbled upon this problem before?

Exact same situation. It is an incredibly pathetic system, if this means my redeem codes are now useless/used-up then I'm going to be pissed.

Same here I have a download queue now, after restarting game 6 time and computer two times, anyway, downloads do not start and keep failing...

**** you EA and (sorry to say) Bioware, this is the worst game release ever, and I have seen a few!



So, to be productive, still waiting for an answer on how to download our DLC, and quick. Hopefully you do not pull the same crap as last night and all go to sleep when the sht hits the fan!

How are you guys even getting your DLC codes? My Lucky Band and Embri's Pockets showed up and installed. However, Warden's Keep and Shale are in the Available Content section for points I have to buy. I thought they were free with deluxe edition.



Bergen's Honor, Final Reason and Grimoire are nowhere to be seen. Registering the game is a no go like everyone else.

Same. Got the game running but no sign of DLC. We'll see if the have a fix or at least release codes to be reused. Don't hold your breath.

Same thing happened to me. Got the game through Steam. I redeemed my codes. And then.... nothing.

Saw this post on the big thread on this forum and this worked for me. Was immediately able to register game and then redeemed the other 2 codes and all DLC downloaded and installed. Now I just have to see if it shows up in game...



I'm going to post on General forum as well:

For the registration of your game, if you downloaded the game from steam, your code should be just a long string of letters and numbers with no -'s to register the game to your account. you can see it by right clicking on your game in the game's tab and selecting "View game cd-key"...for me theres 3 of them in there, pre-order key, game key, and just the deluxe key...the 2 ones which are 4 groups of 4 letters stringed together were for downloadable content while the solid string was the game registration key. hope this helps a few people...also, you need to log into your account on the game after registering the codes for the downloadable content to start going lol.

Interesting problem here... Reg'd the game put in promo code but it only gave me the two crappy rings.. where's the Armor I pre-ordered and prolly cant use for a while!

You should have a standard cd key (gives the blood armor, stone prisoner.) and a pre order cd key which is the rings etc. You also get a standard game registration key (without dashes in it) Mine are downloaded but I cant get them to install.

I began playing the game today, and it simply began downloading out of the blue.

It was a bit late, but I'm happy I have it now.

I got the DLC to come down off the Bio site, how ever the EXE's they gave me just say that the game isn't installed when I launch them... another fail like the last ME... I love the game... why the @#$% they have to make it fight with steam so hard I don't know, every one else works with them just fine but EA seams to like to grab "Master Control" and make us do things the hard way... any one know how I can get this stuff to work.. I payed for the DD version and I can't use any of it...
