But this would be a dlc loadout befitting for climax of a franchise. As well as the controversial "you'll want to keep your saves forever" byte.

Bioware denies true stuff all the time. They denied the leaked details of DA3, then lo and behold they turned out to be true. And they still deny the leaked details.
