Thanks for the ideas... I hadn't thought of involving apostate mages, but that could be an interesting twist on the Parent of a Mage origin... and yes... I'd want there to be the choice for you to get along with the Templars or fight them. Another option could be that if you "hand over" your child the Templars will allow you to follow them to the Circle... on the way you and the Templars could be attacked by apostate mages... Either way you get noticed by Duncan for your exploits.



As for the help with writing, proofreading, and creative critism, I'll be sure to let you know when they are needed.

I think this is a fantastic idea. I was just fixing to start a new one after my elven mage and was considering making a human. However, I didn't see how a nobleman would make a good rogue so I was deterred from selecting human. I guess I can go human warrior and dwarven rogue. If I had to choose, I would say the guard would make the best story line for me. #1

Btw... I'm almost through the campaign with a Dwarven Noble rogue. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend giving it a try.
