Upgraded to a new PC, now masseffect laggs

i just upgraded from a quad core XPS 630i with a geforce GTS250 in it and ran masseffect 3 with ab****ely no issues, now i have an alienware aurora R4 ALX with 6 cores and an AMD 7890 which should run this game with no problems, but everytime i play in a multiplayer game i just get bottlenecked with huge laggspikes, totally updated drivers and everything, vsync on i cant seem to figure out wtf is wrong, any suggestions?

If it is only lagging when you're online, maybe your new PC has a bad wireless connection to your router
