No he means that it's logical that Isbabela shows alot of cleavage because she is a sl*t. Not women who shows cleavage in general being sl*ts. Bethany for one does, she is not a sl*t.

Also, Isabela is sl*tty to the point of it being gross. Running a ship with an all male crew and letting each of them having "alone time" with her just so they wouldn't be frustrated? That's disgusting, not to mention her little STD-problem she goes to Anders with and all the other stuff that is implied about her. Would be equally disgusting if it was a man really. She was by far the worst character of DA2. But this is off-topic.

I misread the title, and though that "Palte Mali" must be some city in South America or something. I assumed it was a spam thread, and came here for pictures of hot latino women.
